Order Processing

Delivery Time

  • Major cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days
  • Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.
  • Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address to receive their orders.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Customers can track their shipment through the courier partner's website.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver throughout Pakistan using trusted courier services.
  • Some remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
  • We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
