Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Customers will receive an order confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or email after placing an order.
Delivery Time
- Major cities: 2–5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: 5–10 business days
- Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.
- Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address to receive their orders.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- Customers can track their shipment through the courier partner's website.
Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver throughout Pakistan using trusted courier services.
- Some remote locations may require additional delivery time.
Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
- If your order arrives damaged or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
- We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
